PROMOTION CODE AND DISCOUNT POLICY

Please note that promotion codes and discounts cannot be combined. Exclusions apply. Codes, reward point redemptions, and automatic sale offers, cannot be applied to automatic bundle discounts or on discounted Sample Sale Collection.

Unused, applicable promotion codes cannot be honored after an order has been placed.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Duties, taxes, and import fees for all international orders are not prepaid by SIJO. Customers will be liable for all import duties and taxes levied by the country your order has been shipped to. These will be due at the time of or after delivery. 

SIJO is not liable for these charges, and these charges will not be reimbursed or refunded. If you are unsure of the charges that apply, please contact your local customs office for more information. 

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES

All in-stock orders are processed within 2 full business days. Please note that heavy order volume or holidays may extend the time needed for processing. Transit time is determined by the shipping method selected at checkout. Most standard orders will arrive within 5-8 business days after processing.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

If your order requires a change, please let us know as soon as possible. However, if your order is currently being processed or has already been shipped, we are unable to make changes to your order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE POLICY

SIJO is not liable for packages stolen upon delivery. Please select Shipping Protection at checkout to increase security on your order. 

For orders lost in transit, please contact your post office or delivery service before notifying us. We kindly ask that you have an incident number or similar identification of a claim with the post office or service before you reach out to us.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel confident in your SIJO purchase. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return experience.

Holiday 2025 returns

To make gifting easy, orders placed between November 1 and December 31, 2025 are eligible for return through March 1, 2026.

30-day trial

Starting November 1, 2025, try your SIJO bedding for up to 30 days. If it’s not the right fit, you can return or exchange it. Returned items from our trial program are responsibly processed through our SIJO Refresh program when possible. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for the 30-Day Trial.

60-day return window

Returns for unused and unwashed items are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

  • Bedding items (bundles, sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, comforters, blankets, pillows, mattress pads and protectors) are eligible for return after the 30 day trial if unused and unwashed.

  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from sijohome.com. Purchases made through retail partners must be handled through their respective return processes.

Final sale items

Items marked Final Sale or purchased from the SIJO Refresh Collection are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

International returns

International customers may return eligible items by contacting care@sijohome.com for approval and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for processing once the return reaches our warehouse. Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 60 business days to appear in your account. Shipping fees and Shipping Protection are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Return conditions

  • All bedding including bedding bundles, comforters, sheets, pillowcases, shams, duvet covers, blankets, pillows, mattress pads, mattress protectors, and any other bedding item not listed here, may be returned up to 60 days of purchase in new, unused, condition with all tags attached and original packaging included. Please note that our return policy only applies to items purchased on sijohome.com, and not through our retail partners.

  • Clothing and loungewear products excluding final sale items may be returned or exchanged within 60 days in new condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

  • All mind and body products such as candles are final sale. 

  • You may return a maximum of two (2) of each particular product per initial order, validated by a customer name or shipping address.

  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange once ordered/purchased. 

  • In the event that a product arrives damaged, we ask that you send a photo to care@sijohome.com along with your order number to help us identify manufacturing flaws, and to share with our supplier and distribution center for quality assurance purposes.
