TAXES AND DUTIES
Duties, taxes, and any import fees for all international orders are not prepaid by SIJO. Customers will be liable for all import duties and taxes levied by the country your order has been shipped to. These will be due at the time of or after delivery.
SIJO is not liable for these charges, and these charges will not be reimbursed or refunded. If you are unsure of the charges that apply, please contact your local customs office for more information.
COUPON CODE AND DISCOUNT POLICY
Please note that some coupon codes and discounts cannot be combined. Exclusions also apply, such as codes, reward point redemptions, and automatic sale offers, cannot be used on automatic bundle discounts or on discounted Sample Sale Collection.
Unfortunately, unused, applicable discount codes cannot be honored once an order has already been placed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE POLICY
SIJO is not held liable for packages stolen upon delivery. If you would like to increase security on your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request Signature Requirement for the delivery of your package. This can decreas the likelihood of stolen items.
For orders lost in transit, please contact your post office or delivery service before notifying us. We kindly ask that you have an incident number or similar identification of a claim with the post office or service before you reach out to us.
SHIPMENT AND PROCESSING TIMES
All in-stock orders are processed within 24-48 hours during business days. If you place an order after 12pm ET on a Friday, your order may not be processed until the following Monday. Please note that heavy order volume or holidays may extend the time needed for processing. Shipping time will depend on the shipping method you select. Most standard orders will arrive within 5-8 business days after processing.
If your order requires a change, please let us know as soon as possible and we will work to make the edit for you. However, if your order has already been fulfilled and shipped, we will be unable to edit your order. We can create an exchange for you in this case.
THIRD PARTY ORDERS
If you have ordered SIJO items through our partnerships with third party retailers, the return process may be a bit different. Please see our guide for each below.
Express: Orders through Express can be returned through our online store by emailing email@example.com with your Express order number and the names of the products you wish to return, pending they meet our return policy terms.
Other Partners: Orders placed through our other official third party partners can be returned directly through their website or store. If you've placed an order through one of these partners and are experiencing an issue, please reach out to their store or online team. We do not receive your order information from them, and will be unable to locate your order or details.

You may return products within 30 days of fulfillment subject to the conditions described below. Return shipping is free for orders over $65. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment, and will arrive within 10 business days from the time of the processed return.
*HOLIDAY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES*
Returns and exchanges initiated for orders placed between November 18, 2022 and December 25, 2022 will be eligible for a return or exchange within our standard 30-day return/exchange policy. Returns and exchanges past the 30-day window will be eligible for an exchange or store credit within 60 days of purchase. All returned items must follow the criteria outlined within the Return Conditions listed below.

For any authorized return where the order value was equal to or above $65, we’ll cover the return shipping for packages being shipped from the continental U.S. and Hawaii. For orders under $65, there will be a small restocking fee of $6.95. Orders including a free gift are also subject to a restocking fee if all items in your order are returned. This fee is equal to 10% of the order value. You'll get a prepaid label from our Care Team by email once you contact us. Once your item(s) reach our facility, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
For international returns, we kindly ask that once your return is initiated, you send the items back through your carrier of choice, with the RMA number provided through the process written onto your shipping label. Unfortunately, we do not cover the costs of international return shipping.
We can only process returns for items purchased on the SIJO website. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.
Shopping With Store Credit/Promotional Gift Card Codes
For customers who have received store credit as a gift from promotional events or TV shows (such as CBS The Talk), please note that codes cannot be combined with our current sales. Additionally, items purchased are not eligible for return; they are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Bedding bundles, sheets, pillow cases, and duvet covers may be returned up to 30 days after receipt of purchase, pending they are in donatable condition (e.g., no stains, tears or other soiling - including odors). Please note that our 30 day risk-free trial only applies to items purchased on sijohome.com, and not from our retail partners.
- Clothing/loungewear products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days, and must be unworn and returned in original packaging with all tags attached/included.
- Please note: all bath and body products are final sale. This includes all bath and body products, brushes, rollers and gua sha tools. Should any items (e.g. rollers or gua sha tools) arrive broken, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with video or photo of the damaged items and we will gladly help you.
- Essential oils are final sale. Any open containers will not be accepted. However, if they arrive damaged or leaking, please email email@example.com with video or photos of the damaged bottle(s) and we will gladly help you.
- Candles may only be returned if they remained unlit and are packaged in their original boxes.
- Products may not be returned from outside the continental United States and Hawaii.
- Customers may return a maximum of two (2) of each particular product per initial order, validated by a customer name or shipping address (i.e. please try a product first—we are happy to send you more later!)
- If at least one of a particular product type is returned from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional 30-night trials on subsequent orders of that particular product (i.e. if you return a duvet cover set, you will not be eligible for 30-night trials on future duvet cover set orders).
- FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange once ordered/purchased.
- Please note that if a product is being returned and replaced due to damage, we kindly ask that you send a photo to help us better identify manufacturing flaws, and to share with our manufacturer and distribution center for quality assurance purposes. We will then follow up with the new item(s). These photos and videos can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number in the subject line.
