I liked the idea of controlling the firmness by being able to add stuffing. When I received the pillow, I couldn't believe the feeling of finally putting my head down and not having to move a thousand times to get comfortable. I was out in under 10 minutes.
Cooling proven!
It doesn't get hot. The adjustable fiber insert is a great option — I had to remove a lot of the fibers, but it's my preference to sleep low. The cover feels cold to the touch and it's smooth.
