Orders + Shipping

How much does shipping cost? +

U.S. Standard Shipping for orders under $100 (5-8 business days): $9.95
U.S. Standard Shipping for orders over $100 (5-8 business days): Free
U.S. Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $29.95

Do you charge duties and taxes for international orders? +

Duties, taxes, and import fees for international orders are not prepaid by SIJO. You will be liable for import duties and taxes levied by the destination country.

SIJO is not liable for these charges, and these charges will not be reimbursed or refunded by us. If you are unsure of the charges that apply, please contact your local customs office for more information.

What forms of payment do you accept? +

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as well as debit cards from over 50 countries. Additionally, we accept Shop Pay and PayPal for US customers.

When will my order ship? +

Due to high order volume, we are experiencing delays at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 2 business days before your order ships.

All in-stock orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders do not process on weekends or holidays. Please note that heavy order volume, flash sales, and holidays may result in longer processing times.

When will my pre-order ship? +

If an item you ordered is on pre-order, it will be noted on the product page and on your order confirmation email. Posted shipping dates are estimates and pre-orders may ship up to 2 weeks before or after the estimated date. Pre-orders are charged at the time of checkout and may be changed at any time prior to fulfillment for a full refund.

Can I edit or cancel my order? +

If you would like to modify your order, please let us know as soon as possible. If your order has been processed and fulfilled, we are unable to edit or cancel it. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen? +

SIJO is not liable for packages stolen upon delivery. We recommend selecting Shipping Protection at checkout to increase security on your order.

For orders lost in transit, contact your local post office or delivery service prior to notifying us. We kindly ask that you provide an incident number or claim identification when reaching out to us.

What is your Promotion Code Policy? +

Promotion codes and discounts cannot be combined. Exclusions apply. Promotion codes, reward points, and automatic sale offers cannot be combined with bundle discounts.

Promotion codes, vouchers, and other discounts cannot be applied to Final Sale items.

Unused applicable promotion codes cannot be honored after an order is placed.

Do you offer price adjustments? +

You may request a price adjustment for items purchased at full price within 3 days of the sale price offering. A refund in the amount of the price difference will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Do you offer gift receipts? +

We do not offer gift receipts at this time. All orders are shipped with a packing slip that omits the price of each item.

Returns + Exchanges

How do I start a return or exchange? +

You may visit our return center here to begin a return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.

What's your Return and Exchange Policy? +

We are pleased to offer 60-day returns for items shipped within the contiguous United States. You may return products within 60-days of purchase subject to the conditions described below.

After your return arrives at the warehouse, it can take up to 14 days to process. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment, and will be reflected within 30 business days after your return or exchange is processed.

We accept returns for items purchased on the SIJO website with our return policy and conditions. If your SIJO item was purchased from a third party retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.

Shipping fees and Shipping Protection charges are non-refundable. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange.

What are the Return Conditions for bedding products? +

All bedding including bedding bundles, comforters, sheets, pillowcases, shams, duvet covers, blankets, pillows, mattress pads, mattress protectors, and any other bedding item not listed here, may be returned within 60 days of purchase and must be in new, unused, condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Please note that our return policy only applies to items purchased on sijohome.com, and not through our retail partners.

What are the Return Conditions for apparel items? +

Clothing and loungewear products may be returned or exchanged within 60 days in new, unused condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Can I return mind and body products such as candles? +

All mind and body products are final sale. Should any items arrive broken, please email care@sijohome.com with photo of the damaged item and we will gladly find a solution for you.

What is your final sale policy? +

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Promotion codes, vouchers, or other discounts cannot be used when purchasing these items.

Do you accept international returns? +

For international returns, you may send the items back through your carrier of choice within 60 days of purchase in new, unused condition, in original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact care@sijohome.com to initiate a return and provide the tracking number on your shipping label as we do not cover the return cost of international shipping.

What is your policy on damaged items? +

In the event that a product arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you send a photo to care@sijohome.com along with your order number to help us identify manufacturing flaws, and to share with our supplier and distribution center for quality assurance purposes.

Terms + Conditions

What are the terms for giveaways? +

We sometimes run giveaways on our social media platforms or through emails. No purchase is necessary to enter. Entrants must be 18 years old or older upon date of entry. Open to residents of the United States only.

What is your final sale or discount policy? +

Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, codes, or final sale items.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or additional discounts.

Do you offer a warranty? +

SIJO offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty that begins on the date of delivery for items purchased directly from sijohome.com. This warranty applies to duvet covers, comforters, blankets, sheets, pillows, pillowcases, shams, mattress pads, and mattress protectors.

It covers any noticeable physical flaw that causes damage under conditions of regular use and proper handling, as well as cosmetic defects not caused by normal wear and tear that affect the product's performance.

The intended use of your bedding is for sleeping, resting, and lying on, and this warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, improper care, products used with bedding, or failure to maintain the product in a clean and sanitary condition.

Issues such as pilling, fading, discoloration, softening, shrinkage, wrinkling, or tears are considered normal wear and are not covered under this warranty. Final sale items and products used in commercial or rental settings are also excluded.

For additional questions, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. If your item qualifies, we'll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
