Duties, taxes, and import fees for international orders are not prepaid by SIJO. You will be liable for import duties and taxes levied by the destination country.
SIJO is not liable for these charges, and these charges will not be reimbursed or refunded by us. If you are unsure of the charges that apply, please contact your local customs office for more information.
We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as well as debit cards from over 50 countries. Additionally, we accept Shop Pay and PayPal for US customers.

All in-stock orders are processed within 48 hours on business days. Orders do not process on weekends or holidays. Please note that heavy order volume and holidays may result in longer processing times.
The shipping date for your pre-order item is listed on the product page and in your cart at checkout. You can refer to this date on the product page which is updated in real time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your item is shipped.

SIJO is not liable for packages stolen upon delivery. If you would like to increase security on your order, please contact care@sijohome.com to request a signature requirement upon delivery.
For orders lost in transit, contact your local post office or delivery service prior to notifying us. We kindly ask that you provide an incident number or claim identification when reaching out to us.
Promotion codes and discounts cannot be combined. Exclusions apply. Promotion codes, reward points, and automatic sale offers cannot be combined with bundle discounts.
Unused applicable promotion codes cannot be honored after an order is placed.
Promotion codes, vouchers, and other discounts cannot be applied to Final Sale items. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
You may request a price adjustment for items purchased at full price within 3 days of the sale price offering. A refund in the amount of the price difference will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
We do not offer gift receipts at this time. All orders are shipped with a packing slip that omits the price of each item.
Returns + Exchanges

*HOLIDAY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES*
Returns and exchanges initiated for orders placed between November 18, 2022 and December 25, 2022 will be eligible for a return or exchange within our standard 30-day return/exchange window. Returns and exchanges past the 30-day window will be eligible for an exchange or store credit within 60 days of purchase. All returned items must follow the criteria outlined within our Return Conditions.
For any authorized return where the order value was equal to or above $65, we’ll cover the return shipping for packages being shipped from the continental U.S. and Hawaii. For orders under $65, there will be a small restocking fee of $6.95. Orders including a free gift are also subject to a restocking fee if all items in your order are returned. This fee is equal to 10% of the order value. You'll get a prepaid label from our Care Team by email once you contact us. Once your item(s) reach our facility, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
For international returns, we kindly ask that once your return is initiated, you send the items back through your carrier of choice, with the RMA number provided through the process written onto your shipping label. Unfortunately, we do not cover the costs of international return shipping.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Bedding bundles, sheets, pillow cases, and duvet covers may be returned up to 30 days after receipt of purchase, pending they are in donatable condition (e.g., no stains, tears or other soiling - including odors).
30 Day Risk-Free Trial
Our 30 Day Risk Free-Trial applies only to items purchased on sijohome.com. This trial does not apply to orders placed with our retail partners.
A maximum of two (2) per product type per initial order may be returned, validated by a customer name or shipping address (i.e. please try a product first—we are happy to send you more later!)
If at least one per product type is returned from an initial order, the customer or shipping address associated with the order will not be eligible for additional 30-night trials on subsequent orders of that particular product (i.e. if you return a duvet cover set, you will not be eligible for 30-night trials on future duvet cover set orders).
Clothing and loungewear products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days, and must be unworn and returned in original packaging with all tags attached/included.
Please note: all bath and body products are final sale. Should any items (e.g. rollers or gua sha tools) arrive broken, please email care@sijohome.com with video or photo of the damaged items and we will gladly help you.
Essential oils are final sale. Any open containers will not be accepted. However, if they arrive damaged or leaking, please email care@sijohome.com with video or photos of the damaged bottle(s) and we will gladly help you.
Candles may only be returned if they remained unlit and are packaged in their original boxes.
Items marked as final sale arenot eligible for return or exchange. Coupon codes, vouchers, or other discounts cannot be used when purchasing these items.

If a product is being returned and replaced due to damage, we kindly ask that you send a photo to help us better identify manufacturing flaws, and to share with our manufacturer and distribution center for quality assurance purposes. We will then follow up with the new item(s).
