30-Day Trial
Bedding items purchased on or after November 1, 2025 are eligible for our 30-day trial. Try your bedding at home, and if it’s not the right fit, you may return or exchange it within the trial period. Trial returns are responsibly processed through our SIJO Refresh program when possible. Final sale items, including Refresh items, are not eligible.
60-Day Return Window
Unused and unwashed items may be returned within 60 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with packaging included and tags attached. Bedding items are eligible for return after the 30-day trial if they remain unused and unwashed. Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly on sijohome.com.
Extended Return Period
Orders placed between November 1 and December 31, 2025 may be returned through March 1, 2026, following the return conditions above, providing additional flexibility for recent holiday purchases.
Shipping Times
Enjoy free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, and may take longer during peak periods. Standard U.S. shipping arrives within 8 business days, with expedited shipping options available for an additional fee. International shipping times vary by destination, and applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
