I have always had an issue when I needed to purchase a pillow. Originally I found down pillows and they were great for many years. Then they weren't. All of them pancaked and became utterly worthless. Then I started trying contour pillows, shredded memory foam, solid memory foam, other shredded varieties, etc.. Some worked for me briefly and others just gave me beck aches. Then I found this Sijo CloudSupport Pillow. It is unlike any pillow that I have ever owned. The cover is so soft I almost hate to put it in a pillowcase on it but I want to protect it. It is always cool to the touch, something I never thought possible. This pillow has worked perfectly for me from day 1. I can sleep on my side, stomach or back and be perfectly comfortable. I ordered a second one as to have a back up in case anything happens to it. I can not recommend this pillow enough! BTW, this is the longest review that I have ever written because I am so happy with it.

I've had many pillows over the years, some I have to return or donate because of a sore neck or general discomfort, some have been pretty good! This Eucalyptus Pillow outdoes them all. I bought in Soft, and the lightness and malleability is truly like a down pillow. You can scrunch it, punch it, tuck it under your neck, and it never loses shape or packs down. A low "loft" which makes it very comfortable for the neck and shoulders. Truly, the best pillow I've ever owned.

I was super surprised when I first laid my head on this pillow—- it is soft as a cloud but it for sure has the support!!! I understood why it was names cloud support in an instant. My neck pain is relived and it supports you so well whether you are a back sleeper or a side sleeper! Super impressed, highly recommend

I took the firm medium version and it was not hgh enough for me, but I am ordering another one that might be better for my needs and cooler. As for the rest 10 on 10 for the excellent customer service.

I have literally gone through dozens of pillows to find the right one. I have herniated and bulging discs in my neck. Even drove 2 hours to a hotel where I'd stayed to buy one of their pillows, but turned out not to be the same one. So I was back again hunting for a pillow that wouldn't keep me awake at night. Don't even remember how I got introduced to SIJO, but I took the risk to order my 8th pillow in the past calendar year. All of them are now stored in my basement. I read the reviews and decided to take the plunge and buy the FlexCool Memory Foam Pillow. I liked the idea of controlling the firmness by being able to add stuffing. When I received the pillow, I couldn't believe the feeling of finally putting my head down and not having to move a thousand times to get comfortable. It takes me sometimes hours to go to sleep. I was out in under 10 minutes. Couldn't believe I had FINALLY found the pillow of my literal dreams. I can now actually sleep without tremendous neck pain. I'm a side sleeper, too. I'm ordering an extra one just in case SIJO ever stops making this particular pillow. I can't live without it now. When I go on vacation, this pillow is going with me in my suitcase.
