30-Day Trial
Bedding items purchased on or after November 1, 2025 are eligible for our 30-day trial. Try your bedding at home, and if it’s not the right fit, you may return or exchange it within the trial period. Trial returns are responsibly processed through our SIJO Refresh program when possible. Final sale items, including Refresh items, are not eligible.
60-Day Return Window
Unused and unwashed items may be returned within 60 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with packaging included and tags attached. Bedding items are eligible for return after the 30-day trial if they remain unused and unwashed. Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly on sijohome.com.
Extended Return Period
Orders placed between November 1 and December 31, 2025 may be returned through March 1, 2026, following the return conditions above, providing additional flexibility for recent holiday purchases.

Creating linen fabric from the raw materials can be a time and labor intensive process, as this is a high quality, long fiber material. In order to fairly compensate all those involved in the farming and responsible manufacturing of our linen, the cost of the final product goes up higher than some other materials. But, with the price comes an extremely durable, high quality product.
Yes! Linen sheets are made from a high quality raw material, and feature superior weight and softness when compared with some other material such as bamboo.
Markers of quality linen sheets include the GSM measurement, or grams per square meter, which denotes weight (ours is between 175-180). Durability, the sourcing of raw materials, and the manufacturing process can also show if linen sheets are of good or high quality.
While many customers prefer to wash their new bedding before use, it is up to personal preference. We personally recommend washing them before first use once you've confirmed the color and texture are suitable for you.
Sheets should be washed fairly frequently, and we suggest washing them once a week. If you're not a warm sleeper or don't sweat during sleep, you may be able to wash them every two weeks.
When well taken care of, our linen sheets can last decades.
Linen sheets are absolutely worth the price. While this material is slightly less traditional in bedding and may not be for everyone, they are a high quality material that softens with time and feels absolutely luxurious.

We love our duvet covers and shams! We have two sets, the first we bought when the company was still new and it has been amazing. By far our favorite set we've ever owned.
The second we recently bought because we loved the first so much and wanted a second... and it's EVEN BETTER than the first with some nice new additions and it's somehow even better constructed which I didn't think was possible! I love that the company has made improvements that I wouldn't have even thought of. They truly care about what they're producing and clearly are always striving to make a better product.
